Loved the well-maintained and reasonably large queen room with a very comfortable bed and the way it was setup. The location was excellent and particularly good in the middle of jackson and met needs.

Nice hotel, decent base for 2 nights in Independence. Spotless room in good condition and with a lot of space. A great selection of supplies in the room: central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. Consistently courteous staff and marvellous and unbeatable location not far from brown water called `` coffee '' and a restaurant for breakfast. Also, in the middle of jackson. Really great experience there.

The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed, and I slept very well. It was nice to have a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge available. The setting was marvellous and absolutely perfect, just off Independence, KS and a restaurant and downtown;)))

A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave in the room and the comfortable bed. Well-equipped bathroom with bathtubs. Excellent and easy location for my purposes.

For the price I paid, I got great value for my money with a clean and comfortable room. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient.

I recently stayed at Microtel Inn and Suites for a week and had a great experience. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they went above and beyond to honor my request for a ground floor room. The location right in front of a Walmart was really convenient, especially if you forget to pack something. I also loved the window seat in my room, it was a nice touch. The staff answered all my questions satisfactorily and even gave me a gift pack, which was a lovely surprise. They also provided us with two extra pillows as per our request, which was much appreciated. Out of all the motels we stayed at during our trip, Microtel was the best!

Its location was excellent and particularly good in the middle of jackson.

Conveniently located near a popular retailer, the accommodating front desk staff fulfilled my ground floor room request. With a comfortable mattress and pull-out couch, the room provided a comfortable stay. The quiet atmosphere made for a restful night, and check-in was efficient. The staff's excellent service exceeded expectations.

The hotel had a great location, making it quick and easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit during my city break. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

There were a few aspects that I did not enjoy. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as I found the floor to be dirty throughout my stay.
